Our product is universal design, ideal for machinery, its model is TU-114, it is a fuel injection pump, fuel injection pressure gauge, fuel injection pressure gauge, easy to read dual scale pressure gauge. It is an auto diagnostic tool and includes adapters, hoses and accessories that cover all fuel injection systems and most cars, cars and vehicles. It is equipped with a Ø90 mm pressure gauge with two scales (psi and bar), reading from 0 to 140 psi and from 0 to 10 bar.

NOTE: Fuel injection pressure less than 140 PSI: suitable for most gasoline and gas engine fuel injection systems (except throttle body systems on Bosch, Jetronic CIS, GG vehicles), not suitable for high pressure diesel injection pumps or direct injection engines.

Made of high quality materials, designed for repeated use, anti-corrosion materials ensure long service life. The kit includes a copper adapter. Complete set of adapters and accessories for modern Schrader test port fuel injection systems. Easy to install and helps indicate if the fuel pump is malfunctioning or pressure flow is inconsistent. Components are equipped with a quick-connect system and safety valve to prevent accidental discharge of pressurized fuel, and a pressure relief valve with long discharge hose allows for safe fuel recovery.

Note: If it is necessary to connect the test gauge to the metal T pipe, you must use the short metal pipe in the box.

2 Assembly Forms for Detection

Directly connect pressure gauge to fuel pump's standard Schrader / M6 / M8 / M10 / M12 / M14 fuel pressure test port with with 15" / 8" hose and M8 / M10 / M12 / M14 adapters.

Splice in-line the fuel pump and engine with T type parts.

Safety Tips

2.Operate in a well ventilated place and keep far from the source of fire and flammable items

3.Tighten all connections to avoid fuel leaks.

Friendly reminderAfter testing the fuel pressure by gasoline engine fuel injection pressure tester, compare the reading with the recommended pressure range. If higher, it could be a faulty fuel pressure regulator or a bent clogged return line. If lower, possible causes are dirty fuel filter, weak pump function, incorrect fuel tank exhaust, restricted fuel line, clogged pump inlet filter or electrical control failure. Petrol is highly flammable, please ask professionals to operate with no open fire nearby.
